About

My journey into the healing arts began with a deep curiosity about the body’s innate ability to restore balance. This passion led me to a three-year residency at the Esalen Institute, where I immersed myself in transformative somatic practices, including Esalen Massage, Deep Bodywork, Feldenkrais, Craniosacral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, yoga therapy, and 5 Rhythms Dance.

Building on this foundation, I pursued advanced clinical training and completed a year-long fellowship at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at UCSF. There, I earned specialized certifications in oncology, neurology, palliative care, and pediatric massage. I later served as Lead Massage Therapist at UCSF’s inpatient hospital, where I provided compassionate, integrative care for complex medical cases. Today, I continue this work at MarinHealth’s integrative outpatient clinic, helping patients navigate their healing journeys with both expertise and empathy.
