About
My journey into the healing arts began with a deep curiosity about the body’s innate ability to restore balance. This passion led me to a three-year residency at the Esalen Institute, where I immersed myself in transformative somatic practices, including Esalen Massage, Deep Bodywork, Feldenkrais, Craniosacral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, yoga therapy, and 5 Rhythms Dance.
Building on this foundation, I pursued advanced clinical training and completed an immersive fellowship at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at UCSF, where I earned specialized certifications in oncology, neurology, palliative care, and pediatric massage. I later served as Lead Massage Therapist at UCSF’s inpatient hospital, providing compassionate, integrative care for complex medical cases. Today, I continue this work at MarinHealth’s integrative outpatient clinic, helping patients navigate their healing journeys with both expertise and empathy.
Committed to lifelong learning, I am currently deepening my expertise in Manual Osteopathy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation. These specialized techniques refine my ability to assess and treat the body with precision, guiding the nervous system toward deeper regulation and restoration.
My Approach
Massage therapy is a powerful tool for restoring balance and supporting overall health, helping to manage stress, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and emotional well-being.
I combine flowing, intuitive touch with targeted techniques to promote deep healing—physically, emotionally, and energetically. My approach blends clinical and holistic care, with training in oncology, neurology, palliative care, and pediatric massage.
I’ve had the privilege of serving as Lead Massage Therapist at UCSF Parnassus and now provide specialized care to medically complex patients at MarinHealth’s integrative clinic. I am committed to ongoing professional development, currently advancing my studies in Manual Osteopathy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation. These specialized techniques enhance my ability to assess and address the body’s subtle needs, effectively regulating the nervous system and improving overall wellness.
